At Dreame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home technology. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and power cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Dreame

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
